Have you ever heard of Aron Ralston? He is an American man who is interested in mountain climbing. He has many experiences in climbing mountains. Do you want to know what happened to him? Let’s read the story together. 新課展示【完成教材2a~2b的任務(wù)】1.學(xué)生朗讀2a中的短語(yǔ),教師糾錯(cuò),兩人一組互相提問(wèn)背誦。2.在運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)候可能出現(xiàn)一些意外或是問(wèn)題,看看A,B和C所代表的三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的意外或是問(wèn)題分別是什么,然后將代表三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的字母A, B和C所代表的三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的意外或是問(wèn)題分別是什么,然后將代表三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的字母A,B和C分別寫(xiě)在可能出現(xiàn)的意外或問(wèn)題前面的橫線上。完成后小組內(nèi)互相交流答案。3.認(rèn)真閱讀短文,在你不理解的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)下面畫(huà)橫線,然后在字典里查詢。4.教師讓學(xué)生再讀短文,回答下列問(wèn)題以檢查學(xué)生的理解情況。(1)When did Aron almost lose his life?(2)How did he save his life?(3)What does “Between a Rock and a Hard Place” mean?5.教師根據(jù)學(xué)生閱讀理解情況點(diǎn)撥短文中出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 【完成教材2c~2e的任務(wù)】1.認(rèn)真閱讀短文,根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容完成2c中句子的判斷正誤,正確的圈True,錯(cuò)誤的圈False,不知道的圈Don’t know,完成后集體核對(duì)答案。2.再次認(rèn)真閱讀短文,在短文中找出2d中五個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案,完成后請(qǐng)幾名學(xué)生展示答案,教師點(diǎn)撥。3.根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容將2e中的句子排列順序,集體核對(duì)答案。4.將排好順序的句子熟讀,然后兩人一組根據(jù)這些句子提示向各自的搭檔講述Aron的故事,可以根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容添加細(xì)節(jié)。【語(yǔ)法提要】1.be/get used to (doing)意為“習(xí)慣于(做)某事”,短語(yǔ)中的to是介詞,其后不能用動(dòng)詞原形。該短語(yǔ)中be還可換成get或become。例句:I’m used to going to school by bike.我習(xí)慣于騎自行車去上學(xué)。2.because of意為“由于;因?yàn)?/span>”,是一個(gè)介詞短語(yǔ)。例句:We didn’t go swimming because of the rain.因?yàn)橄掠?,我們沒(méi)去游泳。3.run out意為“用盡;耗盡”,由“動(dòng)詞+副詞”構(gòu)成,不用于被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài),以主動(dòng)形式表示被動(dòng)意義。例句:Our time is running out.我們剩下的時(shí)間不多了。4.mindmind為動(dòng)詞,意為“介意;在乎”;后面可接動(dòng)名詞作賓語(yǔ),但不能跟動(dòng)詞不定式。例句:Would you mind parking your car there?你介意把車子停到那邊嗎?5.give upgive up為“動(dòng)詞+副詞”結(jié)構(gòu)的短語(yǔ),意為“放棄”。例句:He is a man who doesn’t give up easily.他是個(gè)不輕易放棄的人。【問(wèn)題探究】根據(jù)漢語(yǔ)意思完成句子。1.她不習(xí)慣住在城里。She isn’t used to living in the city.2.由于天氣原因,我們推遲了運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。We put off the sports meeting because of the weather.3.我的墨水用完了。My ink ran out.4.我一點(diǎn)都不介意。I don’t mind at all.5.她想放棄數(shù)學(xué),因?yàn)樗y了。She wanted to give up maths because it was too difficult.活學(xué)活練( A )1.The boy stay up, but now he going to bed early.used to, is used to B.is used to, used to C. used to, used to( B )2.I didn’t go the rain.Because B. because of C. thanks to D.so that( C )3.I usually my money at the end of the month.run away B. run across C. run out of D. run into( C )4.(湖南婁底中考)—Would you mind the window?It’s very hot.—No, not at all.open B.to open C. opening( B )5.(安徽中考)The people in Ya’an have met lots of difficulties, but they haven’t hope.picked up B. given up C. looked for D. waited for 布置作業(yè):教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生課后完成本課時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)練習(xí),并預(yù)習(xí)下一課時(shí)內(nèi)容。教學(xué)反思本課時(shí)通過(guò)講故事的方式引入新課,能抓住學(xué)生的注意力,閱讀練習(xí)也能提高學(xué)生獲取信息的能力。教學(xué)過(guò)程中老師的疑問(wèn): 教師點(diǎn)評(píng)和總結(jié):教學(xué)說(shuō)明:以Aron Ralston的故事為話題,設(shè)置懸念,引起學(xué)生的好奇心,引出本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。教學(xué)說(shuō)明:通過(guò)本環(huán)節(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)使學(xué)生對(duì)Aron Ralston的事跡有了進(jìn)一步的了解,同時(shí)Aron Ralston的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)也使學(xué)生受到了教育。
