一、教材分析
本課是外研社新標準英語(一起)三年級下冊第八模塊第二單元的鞏固課,本節(jié)課是外研社版小學新標準英語一起第六冊,Module8 Unit2的鞏固課文.本模塊的話題是談論和描述自己或者他人學科的表現(xiàn)。本課的情景是Lingling的父母收到了Lingling的學業(yè)報告,學業(yè)報告顯示Lingling的數(shù)學、英語、語文、體育成績都不錯,科學課也很努力,就是學習美術部不太努力。學科的單詞,學生在2年級接觸過,如English、 Chinese,但是僅僅是單個的出現(xiàn),本節(jié)課的內(nèi)容是用be good at、work hard、try hard與學科單詞組成簡單句式描述學科學習情況,會出現(xiàn)第三人稱單數(shù)形式,相對而言略有些難。通過本節(jié)課的學習,學生能夠運用已學語言調(diào)查他人擅長的學科和弱勢的科目;能夠積極嘗試使用英語進行自我和他人學科表現(xiàn)評價。
二、學情分析
三年級的學生已經(jīng)有了兩年多的英語學習經(jīng)驗,詞匯上有了一定的積累,但大多數(shù)詞匯都是在聽、說、讀、認的基礎上學習、記憶的,缺少背寫和運用的能力。三年級的孩子因為有了一定的英語基礎,這個時候的他們對英語既熟悉也好奇,對于貼近于他們生活經(jīng)驗的事物興趣更高。學生在本冊書的第一模塊學習過描述人物性格特點的詞匯,如naughty、clever、nice等,在本模塊的第一單元也學習了單詞lazy、good的用法,能夠在圖片的提示下正確的描述人物特點。本課的語言綜合性比較強,需要學生用已學語言評價他人的性格特點和學習表現(xiàn),學生在能夠讀懂表格的基礎上,復述學業(yè)報告單。
三、教學目標
1.語言知識目標:
語音:準確的認讀quite,區(qū)別于quiet的音、形、義。
語法:a.全體學生會運… be good at ….., … try(tries) hard at…, …work(works) hard at …. 這樣簡單的句式描述學科學習情況。
b.知道一般現(xiàn)在時情況下,動詞try,run的單三變化。
詞匯:全體學生能夠理解單詞quite,good at, English, PE, Chinese, art, report, try。
功能:全體學生能夠運用本節(jié)課的詞匯和句式描述自己或他人學科的學習情況。
話題:談論自己或他人的學科學習情況。
2.語言技能目標:
聽:全體學生能夠聽懂本課的單詞和功能句子。
說:全體學生能夠在老師,同學和圖片、表格的提示下描述或講述學科的學習情況。
讀:90%以上的學生能夠會熟練地認讀正確的認讀課文,理解并運用本課句式結(jié)構(gòu)be good at,try hard at,work hard at。
寫:80%以上的學生能夠根據(jù)圖片和報告單等形式傳達學科學習表現(xiàn),參考范例寫出學科學習情況。
3.情感態(tài)度目標:
a.通過積極的參加課堂活動,學生能夠正確的認識自我和他人的長處,建立自信,培養(yǎng)對英語的學習興趣和自信心。
b.積極嘗試使用英語進行自我評價。
四、教學重難點
重點:學會運用be good at,try hard at,work hard at等詞匯描述學科學習情況。
難點:1.quite的準確發(fā)音。2.在具體的語境和情境中正確的運用第三人稱單數(shù)。

課件、題單、視頻、單詞卡、Stickers.
六、教學過程
I .Warm-up and lead in
1. Look and say.
1.Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls! S:Good morning , Boinne.
2.Look and say.
T: Look, children, who is he?
S: He is Daming!
T: Is he naughty?
S: No, he isn’t.
T: Is he lazy?
S: No, he isn’t.
T: What is Daming like?
S: He …..(clever, a good boy, works hard…..)
2.Chant and say.
T: Look at this boy. What’s his work like? What does he like? Let’s listen and chant together.
The teacher play the video. The students listen and chant. Then answer the questions.
T: What does he like? S: He likes English. He likes Maths. He likes PE and Chinese. He likes Science. He likes Art. T:Let’s clap and chant again. S:……
T: The boy says: “I will work really hard.” He is a quite good child. Our friend Lingling is also a good child. Look, She’s quite good at English. (出示英語成績,100分,老師豎起大拇指。)
T:Who is good at English in our class?S:…. (創(chuàng)設情境,認讀理解good at,并學會運用。)
【設計意圖】復習Unit1的描述人物性格特點的詞匯,以及句子He works hard.為本節(jié)課的學習做好準備。運用Daming成績單創(chuàng)設情境,學習單詞quite good,比較記憶相似單詞quiet,復習very good. 由chant引入本節(jié)課的課題,利用圖片、肢體語言等創(chuàng)設貼近學生生活實際的情景,理解運用句式be good at。

Ⅲ.Text learning
1. Look,listen and say.
T: Look, This is Lingling’s report. (出示單詞卡片,認讀單詞report.)
T: Look,here is also a report,Whose report is it?S: Sam’s report. T:And this one? S: ….(理解運用名詞所有格)
T: OK, look at Lingling’s report,(白板展示Linging’s report) What’s Lingling’s Maths like? What’s Lingling’s English like? What’s Lingling’s Chinese like?
The students listen and answer.
T: Children, Who is good at Maths in our class? S:….. T:(借機追問數(shù)學好的孩子. Wow , You are good at Maths. Great! I am not good at Maths. But I try hard at Maths. 白板出示:I try hard at Maths. 圖片,數(shù)學70分,但是仍然努力嘗試學習數(shù)學。認讀理解try hard,認讀tries.
T: What’s Lingling’s Science like? What’s lingling’s Art like? What’s Lingling’s PE like?
學生帶著問題跟讀課文。
