Module 6 Unit2 They're little and cute.一、 教學(xué)目標(biāo):1、語言知識目標(biāo):①能夠聽說的單詞:horse , strong , cute ,aren't ,little, big, ②能夠聽說的語句:Are they ……? Yes, they are./ No they aren't. They are litter and cute.2、語言能力目標(biāo):① 用形容詞描述動物的特征。 ② 能借助圖片、文字聽懂、讀懂和朗讀課文。 ③ 句型一般疑問句Are they……?的肯定及否定回答。學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo):① 能正確使用所學(xué)句型和單詞,正確對動物特征進行描述。 ② 增加已學(xué)知識的復(fù)現(xiàn)率,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對重點詞匯和句子的認讀能力。 ③ 通過以舊知識帶動新知識的學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用所學(xué)語言的能力。情感態(tài)度目標(biāo):① 通過多種形式的活動激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。② 教育學(xué)生要愛護小動物,保護大自然。文化意識目標(biāo): 教育學(xué)生,人類和動物是朋友,要愛護小動物,保護大自然。二、 教學(xué)重難點:1.能夠聽說的horse , strong , cute Are they ……? Yes, they are./ No they aren't. 2.能正確使用所學(xué)句型和單詞,正確對動物特征進行描述。三、 教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備: word cards, radio, pictures, PPT 四、 教學(xué)過程:Step 1 warming-up Sing the song :Who’s in the zoo?Review the animals we learnt before by chanting .Ask some Ss to act the animals and others guess. Step 2 Presentation and practise1、Show some animals picture and ask students. Are they ……? At first Ss can just answer Yes or No, then they will try to answer completely, Yes they are. /No, they aren't.Show two boys. One is tall and other one is short,tall &short. And ,other words … eg: (fat thin long short tall short big small) practice again and again with animals.Are they big? Yes they are. /No, they aren't.3.Text:(1)Observe the page 35 activity one, what animals can you see. Monkey, bear , bird.(2)What are doing ? They are having a competition. Who win? Bear . Why? Because it is very strong. (do the action and read several times .)~Strong.(3)listen to the radio and read after it.(4)Observe the pictures of activity 2. Lingling and Amy is visiting a zoo.What animals are there? They are horses.The horses on the left are baby horses. The horses on the right are their mothers.(5)Brainstorm, what adj can you use to describe the horses.(6)Listen to the radio and circle out what adj is used to describe the horses.(7)Emphasis the word cute.(action)~ cute。(8)Listen again and read after it.(9)Work in pairs and do a role play. Step 3 Consolidation and extensionFinish activity 3 .First look at the pictures ( PPT) and answer what are they, and use an adj to describe them.Then, listen and describe.Play a guessing game. Every one write down a kind of animal he like best and don't show it to your partner. And try to guess what animal does your partner like best by using Are they……? Step4 Homework1.Listen to the text in page 35 and read after it.2.Draw one of your favorite animals and write it's name and use two or more adj to describe it with your partner.
